An easy dinner cooked in the crock pot. Usually I add between 8-10 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless skinless) and double up on the cans of tomatoes and simply season to taste. Ingredients:
6 chicken breast |
15 oz stewed tomatoes |
15 oz diced tomatoes |
1 tsp oregano |
1 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. 2. Season according to taste 3. Serve with brown rice and salad |
