This easy Italian cheesecake combines lemon with sweet Italian ricotta cheese Ingredients:
3 lbs. ricotta cheese |
5 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 oz. grated lemon and orange peels, finely grated |
1 tsp. vanilla |
