This is quick and easy along with a great taste. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground meat |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Cook ground meat until brown. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, add tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole. Spread sour cream over the meat and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sour cream. 2. Separate the rolls into 4 rectangles and place over the cheese. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375ºF. Cut into squares. Let sit a few minutes before serving. |
