Making brocolli more interesting as a side dish!
Ingredients:
brocollie
anchovies
red chillie
(option is diced cherry tomatoes)
Directions:
1. Boil the brocolli al dente
2. Put on frying pan with some olive oil.
3. Add some small pieces of anchovies and some sliced red chillies.
4. Mix in the brocolli.
5. Sautee for a few minutes.
6. (tomatoes can de added optionally at this stage)
7. Serve hot.
