from Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten |
3 tbl skim milk |
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs |
1 1/2 tbl italian seasoning |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tbl dried parsley |
2 tbl olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped |
4 pork chops |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 deg. F 2. In small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. In separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. 3. Heat the olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir the garlic, and cool until lightly brown. Remove garlic. 4. Dip each pork chop into egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown about 5 minutes on each side. 5. Place the skillet and pork chops in the preheated oven and cook 40 minutes or to an internal temperature of 160 deg. F |
