Italian Beer Cheese Dip From Mancinos |

LOVE this cheese dip. We get this a lot when we go to Mancino's, a locally owned restaurant, with pizza, grinders, etc. As presented by the owner on a local news program. Ingredients:
mayonnaise 1 cup |
beer 1 cup |
ricotta cheese 1 cup |
mozzarella cheese 1 lb. |
cream cheese 8 oz. softened |
pepperoni 12 oz. cut into strips |
black olives 1 cup sliced |
garlic 1 tblsp |
**mancino's seasoning 1 tblsp |
italian bread crumbs |
tortilla chips or toasted italian bread |
** mancino's seasoning mix : (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes) equal parts of each (this is a great seasoning mix, i mix it up by 2 tablespoons of each, and use until time to mix more!). |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly place in baking dish 2. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top and bake 350 for 35-40 minutes 3. serve with Tortilla chips or toasted Italian bread |
