canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
sun-dried tomatoes, chopped |
pine nuts, toasted |
zucchini, thinly sliced |
bacon, cooked and crumbled |
feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Toss cannellini beans with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. Spoon over zucchini. Sprinkle with bacon and feta cheese. |
