Ingredients:
2 can(s) cannellini beans |
1 cup(s) celery |
2 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley |
1/2 cup(s) green onios |
2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix in a bowl: 2. cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 3. /2 cup diced celery (I put more in and like it better that way) 4. /2 cup green onions 5. Mix and pour over beans: 6. cup olive oil 7. T red wine vinegar 8. T fresh parsley (I add a little bit more than this) 9. tsp chopped garlic 10. Salt and pepper (I am fairly generous with the salt) |
