Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 cup(s) onion chopped |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
2 cup(s) hot water |
12 ounce(s) tomato paste |
1 tablespoon(s) instant beef bouillon granules |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
16 ounce(s) cottage cheese |
8 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese shredded, divided |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated |
1 egg beaten |
24 jumbo pasta shells cooked |
Directions:
1. Brown beef, onion, garlic til beef is not longer pink; drain. Stir in water, t. paste, bouillon and oregano; simmer 30 minutes. Stir together cottage cheese 1 C. mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg; mix well. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture; arrange in greased 13 X 9 baking dish/ Pour beef mixture over shells. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining M. cheese until cheese melts. |
