A delicious and healthy salad to accompany any meal. Ingredients:
6 whole cucumbers, diced |
4 whole roma tomatoes, diced |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
1/3 cup chopped garlic |
1 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/2 cup minced fresh mint leaves |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
