I got the recipe at my grocery store. I have not tried it yet but will soon :) Ingredients:
2 ounces white pineau (pineau des charentes) |
1 1/2 ounces blood orange juice |
6 -8 mint leaves |
club soda (optional) |
Directions:
1. Stack the mint leaves in a shaker using a pestle or the back of a spoon. 2. Add the Pineau des Charentes, the juice and the ice cubes. Shake vigorously. 3. Pour contents of shaker into a Collins glass and garnish with two straws, an orange segment and a mint top. |
