It is outstanding. The dressing is the deal. Salad ingredients are up to you. Can be a main dish or side salad. Serves 10-12 as a side, 6 as a main dish. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
sliced chicken breast |
lettuce |
red cabbage |
carrot |
fried rice noodles |
sesame seeds |
mandarin oranges or pineapple |
red onion, etc |
Directions:
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. 2. Put salad ingredients into LARGE bowl. 3. Pour dressing over and toss when ready to serve. |
