It is outstanding. The dressing is the deal. Salad ingredients are up to you. Can be a main dish or side salad. Serves 10-12 as a side, 6 as a main dish.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
sliced chicken breast
lettuce
red cabbage
carrot
fried rice noodles
sesame seeds
mandarin oranges or pineapple
red onion, etc
Directions:
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved.
2. Put salad ingredients into LARGE bowl.
3. Pour dressing over and toss when ready to serve.
