It looks like their version of spam fried rice. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can spam, classic cut into cubes |
1 chopped onion |
1 chopped garlic clove |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 cup uncooked white rice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 bay leaf, finely crushed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, lightly brown spam, onion, and garlic. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes. 5. Sprinkle with red pepper before serving. |
