Island Shrimp Salad

Not sure what island, but it's a cool, refreshing salad.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cooked small shrimp
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, each cut in half
1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, can use chopped parsley
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients well.
3. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to evenly coat salad.
