This salsa tastes great with grilled chicken but I love it with tortilla chips too! It is a nice fruity change from the regular tomato salsas! Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple, canned crushed pineapple is fine |
1 cup mango |
1 cup red bell pepper |
2/3 cup kiwi |
3/4 cup red onion |
1/4 cup cilantro |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
minced serrano chili |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely chop all ingredients with knife or food processor. Mix well, Add serrano chilies a little at a time to taste. |
