This combination of flavors accents the subtle taste of pork. Ingredients:
2 lbs baby back ribs |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon ginger, peeled and minced |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the soy, sugar, garlic, honey and ginger. 2. Pour over the ribs and marinate for two hours. 3. Place on a hooded grill over medium coals. 4. Cook until tender (about 1 1/2 hours). 5. Baste with the marinade 15 minutes longer. |
