From a very old cookbook I found at Grandma's house, 'Foreign Foods.' Ingredients:
assorted salad greens |
1 cup carrot, finely grated |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Combine salad greens in a large bowl. 2. Mix cheese and carrot until blended. 3. Shape into small balls and place on top of greens. 4. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. |
