This salad can either be used as a dessert or it can be your salad... I love the tropical aspect of this... Can also be made light.....L & T magazine
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
4 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed
1 can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained (20 ounces)
1 carton pina colada yogurt (6 ounces)
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Directions:
1. In a large serving bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
2. Toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle with coconut.
4. These can be put in individual serving dishes or pretty glasses.
5. This makes a pretty presentation.
