these are amazing, much better than donut shop ones also you can subsitute the bannana for apples.
Ingredients:
2 medium bannans
1 large egg
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 table spoons of firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
vegitable oil for fryng
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. in large bowwl mash bannanas stir in egg, flour, brown sugar,and cinnamon.
2. fry fritters 4 at a time
3. then sprinkle with powdered sugar
