This drink is very good looking because of the effect of the egg white. But it's very sour because of the lemon vodka and lemon juice. But it's very good if you like lemon. Maybe you can add sugar syrup to sweeten it a bit. From the Bartender's Guide. Ingredients:
2 ounces lemon-flavored vodka |
1 ounce triple sec |
1 ounce lemon juice |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Shake the lemon vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and egg white over ice cubes until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (martini glass is perfect).
