Irony's Pumpkin Bran Cake |

From my friend Irony-Chan. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon table salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten until foamy |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree |
1 cup all-bran cereal |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, pumpkin and All-Bran. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Stir in raisins. 3. Spray a non-stick Bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 50 min, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 4. Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling. |
