Irma's Carrot Raisin Salad |

This is from our church's cookbook. This keeps well for a few days in fridge. Ingredients:
2 cups carrots, grated |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
1/3 cup mayonnaise substitute (miracle whip) |
2 teaspoons white vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar (white) |
Directions:
1. Combine carrots, raisins, pineapple in bowl. 2. In separate bowl mix Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar. 3. Pour over carrot mixture and toss. |
