Ingredients:
1/2 cup clover honey |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
1/2 cup whole-grain mustard |
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained |
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon fennel seeds, lightly toasted and ground |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together with the honey, mustards, horseradish, mint and fennel seeds. Season with salt and pepper, and then cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. |
