Got this recipe from my sister-in-law and don't know the origin. I'm asked for the recipe every time I make it. Ingredients:
1 cup minute rice |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup margarine (melted) |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
1 small onion, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Melt margarine and saute onion until transparent. 3. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. |
