Irish Mist Whiskey Carrots |

These look very good and sweet; would be good for Thanksgiving. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
2 lbs carrots, peeled, sliced into discs |
1/2 cup whiskey, irish mist |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. 2. Add carrots. 3. Cook for a minute. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Add whiskey OFF the stove. 6. Add brown sugar. 7. Return to stove. 8. Cook covered for 5 minutes or until carrots are as tender as you like them. |
