This is a recipe that came with a bottle of St. Brendan's Irish Cream Liqueur. It's a really good version of the classic hot coffee cocktail. Ingredients:
1/2 ounce irish cream |
1/2 ounce hazelnut-flavored liqueur |
1/2 ounce amaretto |
1 cup fresh brewed hot coffee |
whipped cream (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. Add the Irish cream, hazelnut liqueur and amaretto to a hot-beverage mug. Slowly pour fresh brewed hot coffee into the cup to about 1 inch below the mug's rim. Add a fresh dollop of whipped cream, and serve while hot. |
