Irish Honey Whiskey Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

1 cup irish whiskey

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons ketchup

lemon, juice of

4 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup condensed chicken broth

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Boil down to half, check consistency and boil down a bit more if needed.
