Low Carb Slow Cooker Recipes Serves 8 Ingredients:
3 lbs corned beef brisket, with spice packet |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage |
8 kaiser rolls |
dijon-style mustard |
Directions:
1. Trim meat. Sprinkle spices over meat. Place in slow cooker. 2. Combine water, mustard and horseradish. Pour over meat and top with cabbage. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. 4. Transfer meat to cutting board. Thinly slice across the grain. Place on rolls. 5. With slotted spoon, place some of the cooked cabbage on the meat. |
