Very easy. Mix all in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. You will have a delicious Irish stew. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1-1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 pounds stew meat |
3 cups water |
4 bouillon cubes |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 bay leaf |
1 teaspoon paprika |
4-6 carrots, sliced |
5-6 medium potatoes, sliced for stew |
2 medium onions, chopped |
1 stalk celery, sliced in small slices |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in crock pot 2. Add meat, stir to coat 3. Add all remaining ingredients 4. Stir to mix well 5. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours OR on high 4-6 hours 6. Stir before serving 7. Remove bay leaf 8. MAY SERVE WITH CABBAGE SLAW and CORNBREAD MUFFINS |
