These are very tasty and very rich. I've pulled all my cookie exchanges recipes out and this is one that is an absolute must for the trays and for family. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/4 cup irish cream |
1 tablespoon butter |
12 ounces semisweet chocolate |
2 egg yolks |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, Irish cream and heavy cream together over very low heat. 2. Whisk in yolks one at a time which will leave mixture thicken. 3. Whisk in butter then refrigerate overnight. 4. Make small balls with spoon then roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, nuts or sprinkles. |
