Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie |

You would be crazy not to try this! Ingredients:
5 eggs |
1 1/4 cups white sugar |
1/2 tablespoon salt |
3/4 cup butter |
1 cup light corn syrup |
3/4 cup irish cream liqueur |
1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips |
2 cups macadamia nuts |
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie |
Directions:
1. Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell. 2. Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool. |
