A smooth and creamy chocolate fondue made with Irish Cream. Try pound cake or angel food cake for dipping! Ingredients:
9 oz. ounces good quality semi sweet chocolate |
1/4 cup cream - or half and half for the dieters |
1/4 cup irish cream - like baileys |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in fondue pot or sauce pan; 2. Stir on low heat until warmed and a smooth consistency is reached. |
