Found this in my stash. I can't wait till next Christmas to whip this up!
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup irish cream
nutmeg (to garnish)
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat eggs at high speed until lemon colored. Add sugar and beat until thickens.
2. At low speed, blend in milk and whipping cream. Stir in Irish Cream.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
