The smooth flavor of Irish cream pumped up with chocolate chips. This cake has flown out of the restaurant. Ingredients:

2 pounds philly cream cheese |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 tbsp flour |
5 large eggs |
1/2 cup irish cream(bailey's) |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 cup mini semi-sweet choc. chips |
Directions:
1. Prepared pan with chocolate crust. 2. Preheat oven to 475^. 3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Add Irish and heavy cream mixing thoroughly. 6. Fold in mini-chips. 7. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 475^ for 15 minutes. 8. Leave cake in oven. 9. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 10. Let cool and refridgerate before serving. |
