This is a light and fluffy refrigerator pie laced with Irish Whisky Ingredients:
1 (3oz) pkg dream whip |
2 tsp instant coffee powder |
1/2 cup cold milk |
2 tbsp irish whisky |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1 (8 inch) baked pastry shell |
Directions:
1. In small mixer bowl, combine Dream Whip and coffee powder. 2. Add milk; beat at high speed 1 minute. 3. Blend in whisky; beat at high speed for 2 minutes or more until fluffy. 4. Whip cream. Carefully fold into the prepared filling. 5. Pile into a baked pie shell and chill for 4 hrs. 6. Garnish each serving with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings. |
