The perfect drink for a cold winters night. Mixology Masterpieces! Try using a sugar cube for fun. Ingredients:
8 ounces hot coffee, black |
1 1/2 ounces irish whiskey |
1 teaspoon sugar |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Place 1 teaspoons sugar in the bottom of an Irish coffee cup. 2. Add 1-1/2 oz. Irish whisky and let it dissolve the sugar. 3. Pour in 8 oz. piping hot coffee. 4. Top it off with a heaping spoonful of whipped cream. |
