A nice St. Patrick's Day stew for the crockpot! Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef, cubed |
1 envelope dry onion soup mix |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups diced carrots |
2 cups diced potatoes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours. 3. Stewing beef does NOT have to be prebrowned! |
