Real baileys from an Irish person. Ingredients:
6 ounces sugar |
5 ounces hot water |
12 ounces whiskey (poitin if you can get it) |
28 ounces evaporated milk |
50 ml cocoa |
Directions:
1. Dissolve the sugar with the hot water. 2. Leave to cool. 3. Add the whiskey then leave until cold. 4. Mix the evaporated milk with the cocoa. 5. add to the cold mixture. 6. Ready to drink immediately. |
