Frog legs with a kick! Ingredients:
2 lbs frog's legs |
1/2 cup cooking oil |
1 egg, well beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder |
Directions:
1. Mix the cornmeal, egg, salt, cayenne and pepper together with enough water to form a batter. 2. Place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the batter and cook for about 5-8 minutes until they are brown on all sides. |
