Ingredients:
1 cup(s) 2% sharp shredded cheddar |
3 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour |
16 ounce(s) can creamed corn |
1/2 cup(s) egg substitute |
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped red bell pepper |
2 cup(s) frozen corn kernels, thawed |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
2 large egg whites |
1/3 cup(s) low fat milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a deep-dish pie pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine egg substitute, egg whites, flour, sugar & pepper; mix until smooth. Stir in creamed corn, corn kernels, cheese, bell pepper, & milk. Pour into prepared dish. Dot with butter & sprinkle with paprika. Bake ucovered for 55 minute. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
