A great tasting detox drink. Good things are not meant to taste so good. Have one twice a week in the morning, before breakfast. It will do you a world of good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup carrot juice |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup melon juice |
1 piece ginger |
4 ice cubes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Place everything into a blender, and blend well. 2. Do ensure it is blended for around 5 minutes, the ginger takes a while to get blended well. |
