Ingredients:
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup golden raisin
1/3 cup toasted blanched slivered almond
3 celery ribs, diced
1 bunch watercress, leaves only, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill.
