Very different from the same old. Ingredients:
3 cups diced cooked chicken |
1/2 cup golden raisin |
1/3 cup toasted blanched slivered almond |
3 celery ribs, diced |
1 bunch watercress, leaves only, chopped |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup orange juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Chill. |
