Intensely Densely Peanut Butter-Chocolate Ice Cream |

One of my own creations, this ice cream will satisfy any peanut butter/chocoholic. Prep time includes freezer time. Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream |
1 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
200 g dark chocolate |
4 tablespoons peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream until stiff. 2. Add the sugar and whip again. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, keep whipping. 4. Melt the chocolate and add to the cream mixture. 5. Keep whipping! 6. Add the peanut butter. 7. Whip like there's no tomorrow! 8. Pour into a freezer container. 9. Freeze for at least 6 hours. 10. If using an ice cream makers follow the directions that came in the box. |
