Easy and tasty and not as messy or fattening as frying. Ingredients:
1 lb fish |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup crushed potato chip |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Cut fish into serving size pieces. 2. Place milk in shallow bowl. 3. Combine potato chips, parmesan and thyme into a bowl. 4. Dip fish in milk, then coat with potato chip mix. 5. Sprinkle a greased pan with bread crumbs. 6. Place fish over crumbs and drizzle with butter. 7. Bake at 500 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
