This is simple, fast pancake for busy, working people.
Ingredients:
for batter mix: (a)
600g - plain flour
50g - baking powder
2tsp - bicarbonate soda
2tsp - salt
50g - caster sugar
for filling: (b)
125ml - maple syrup
200g - blueberry or any type of berries
for 1 cup mix: (c)
1 - egg
250ml - milk
some butter (around 1 tbsp)
Directions:
1. Mix the (A) together in a bowl. Store (A) into a tall glass container or Tupperware for easy access. You can prepare the (A) earlier or the day before. It can keep up to 6 months.
2. Mix the (B) into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Once boil, take away from the heat and stir evenly. Put aside.
3. When you want to eat, take 1 cup of (A) with (C) mix in a bowl. Get the pan ready (heated). Used small ladle to scoop the (A) onto the pan. Cook about 2 minutes on each side (see bubbles at side of the pancake can be flip). Serve with the (B) on top. Breakfast is served. Enjoy~
