A quick and easy way to use instant oatmeal packets, instead of just adding water and popping it in the microwave! And it's yummy! Ingredients:
1 (1 1/8 ounce) packet instant oatmeal (any flavor) |
1/2 banana, mashed |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
Directions:
1. Mix and combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into non-stick skillet and when you shake the pan and the pancake moves, it's time to flip. 3. Brown on both sides, and enjoy! 4. (I also add about 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup). |
