Delicious spelt out in a bowl! Need I say any more? :) Ingredients:
500 g almonds, blanched,peeled and ground in a mixer |
400 g condensed milk |
2 tablespoons pure ghee |
Directions:
1. Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan. 2. Add the ground almonds. 3. Stir until they become lightly browned. 4. Add the condensed milk. 5. Stir until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. 6. Remove onto a lightly greased serving tray. 7. Garnish with almonds and serve. 8. Enjoy! |
