Great served on a cold winter night. This mix is great for gift baskets! Ingredients:
8 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder |
1 1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer |
3 cups instant chocolate drink mix (for milk) |
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. In a very large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Store cocoa mix in air tight containers.
3. To make cocoa: In a mug, combine 1/2 cup mix with 9 oz.
4. of boiling water and stir.
