oatmeal Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups boiling water |
1/2 cup banana, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine oatmeal, applesauce, raisins or dates and cinnamon or mace in a medium bowl. Add boiling water and fruit, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, then eat. |
