Ingredients:

1/4 c flour

5 t sugar

2 tcocoa powder

1 egg

3 t milk

3 t vegetable oil

dash of vanilla and salt

Directions:

1. whisk all ingredients in a big mug.
2. microwave about 2 min, until puffed up.
